I’m passionate about advocating for Agricultural development and food security, especially in Africa.

I recently earned my PhD in Horticultural Sciences from Texas A&M University, USA. I am currently looking for employment opportunities in the Ag industries within the US specifically in the area of product development, branding, marketing, change management/coaching, advocacy, international outreach and science communications.

My research was focused on unraveling heat tolerance mechanisms in potatoes to develop climate-smart varieties resilient to extreme global temperatures.

Beyond my scientific work, I am also passionate about empowering the next generation. I believe that central to achieving any real-world change is the development of human capital. So, I founded ScholarUP Mentoring Academy where I am the lead Coach.

Through my Programs, I equip future graduate students with essential resources and help professionals boost productivity and position themselves for global opportunities, especially through LinkedIn. So far, I have trained over 300 aspiring graduate students and 200 professionals from more than 12 countries across the globe 🌎.
